Over the course of two years, you’ll get to:
Explore your leadership ambitions, with broad exposure to a variety of teams and customer segments
Experience work on the frontline of our business, serving customers both in-person, as well as on the phone and via our digital channels
Work with Head Office teams, such as the Chief Operating Office, Digital Transformation and Strategy, identifying systems and process improvements, or supporting, managing and delivering projects
Spend time with our Product or Data and Analytics teams identifying ways to improve our products and propositions
Choose where you want to work during your final rotation, which could then lead to a permanent role that matches your career aspirations
